Spread: when putting butter on toast, you spread it alllll around or... not dding... spreading out to prevent the enemy from seeing our numbers
Pushing: using 2 hands, or 1, and use them to apply force to a persons body that causes them to moved backwards, or in the direction of the push .... or rushing in a direction... whole team moving one way
